In-home tech support for seniors in Orange County

We're a family business in Fountain Valley. We install security cameras, fix wifi, mount TVs, and set up phones and computers, and then we teach you how to use everything at whatever pace you need. A lot of our calls come from family members arranging help for someone they love.

We reply to every message within one business day.

The Monthly Care Plan

  • Installation included, from cameras to wifi to TVs
  • Unlimited phone calls and remote support
  • We maintain everything we install, the entire time you're with us

Most companies install and leave. Our plan customers get one number to call and a team that already knows their house.

What we help with

These are the most common jobs. If yours isn't listed, ask anyway. Most visits end up covering two or three things once we're there.

We install it, and we teach you to use it

Those have always been two separate industries. Installers come out, mount the camera, hand you a pamphlet, and leave. Tech tutors will sit with you patiently but can't run a cable or get on a ladder. We've never understood why anyone should have to hire both, so we do the whole job.

That means the visit isn't over when the equipment works. It's over when you can use it. We label what we install, write down the important parts in plain English, and take the follow-up call next week without making it a new appointment.

Families who want that available year round put the house on the Monthly Care Plan. Installation, maintenance, and unlimited remote help are all part of one flat fee.

Arranging help for someone you love?

You can handle everything from wherever you live. Tell us what's going on, book the visit, and we'll work with them in person at their home. Afterward you get a short plain-English summary of what we did and anything we noticed.

The setups families ask for most: a doorbell camera you can both answer, a thermostat you can adjust from your phone during a heat wave, and wifi that stops dropping the Sunday video call. Billing goes to you, so they never have to deal with it.

There's more detail on the For Families page, including how we handle respect and privacy. Short version: the person we're visiting is the customer in the room, and cameras only go in with their knowledge.

How a visit works

It starts with a call or a message. Describe the problem in your own words; "the internet dies in the back bedroom" is a perfectly good description. We'll ask a couple of questions, tell you what it sounds like, and give you a clear price before anything gets booked.

On the day, we show up when we said we would, keep the work tidy, and explain things as we go. Before we leave, we make sure you can actually use whatever we set up, and we write down the important parts. If a question comes up the following week, call us. Quick things get handled over the phone or a screen share without another appointment.

Common questions

Do you come to our home?
Yes. Most of our work happens in your home, anywhere in Orange County. We are based in Fountain Valley and drive to you. For quick questions after a visit, we can also help remotely over the phone or with a screen share.
Can I arrange help for a family member if I live somewhere else?
Absolutely, and many of our customers do exactly that. You can book the visit, pay for it, and get a plain-English summary of what we did, while we work with them in person at their home.
What kinds of things can you help with?
Security cameras and video doorbells, whole-home wifi, smart thermostats, Alexa, TV mounting and streaming, iPhone and Android setup, computers and printers, email, backups, and protection against online scams. If it plugs in or connects to the internet, we can usually help.
Will you actually teach us how to use everything?
Yes. Teaching is half the job. We go at your pace, write things down when that helps, and repeat anything as many times as needed. Nobody gets handed a remote and left to figure it out alone.
How much do you charge?
It depends on the job, so we give you a clear price before any work starts. There is no charge for asking questions, and no surprise fees afterward.
